The suggested changes to the law states that it will be allowed to store a foreign yacht anywhere in the country, also outside a bonded Custom storage. No VAT deposit will be required. You will need permission from Customs before placing the boat in storage, and a special application form will be made for this purpose. Further the suggested new law states that permission for VAT exemption can be granted for up to 12 months, with a further 12 months after application.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The suggested new text has is open for public comment until August 29 2011 (in Norwegian "høring" - a compulsory requirement where interested parties can voice their opinion before changes are implemented). Efoy er et godt alternativ for å sikre seg en jevn strømtilførsel. Spesielt de som bruker båten mye høst, vår og vinter vil ha stor nytte av løsningen. Efoy finnes i fire forskjellige størrelser. Efoy 600 og 900 vil sikre deg en basis strømforsyning, mens Efoy 1200 og 1600 er løsningen for de som bruker mye strøm og ofte ankrer uten fast strømtilførsel. Efoy leveres med egne ti liters metanolkanner, som har en egen lås som gjør tilkoblingen enkel. Hvor lenge en slik tiliters kanne varer avhenger av hvor mye strøm du forbruker, men regn med minst fem dager om vinteren og opp mot fem uker om sommeren ved normalt forbruk. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 7px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Efoy er enkel å bygge inn i en båt, og den blir levert med et standard monteringssett. Hvis du ikke ønsker å gjøre dette selv vil selvfølgelig forhandleren gjøre det for deg. Efoy er helautomatisk, og vil selv sette i gang produksjon av strøm når spenningen i batteriet er under 12,3V, og så gå i ”dvale” når spenningen er tilbake. Den leveres med en digital fjernkontroll som monteres inne i kabinen. Denne form for foldepropell er avhengig av høy rotasjons hastighet for å åpne seg effektivt, serlig i revers.&amp;nbsp; Marsjer avgårde i 5,7 kn ved 2500 omdr. Akseptabel støy og vibrasjon. En bitteliten tendens til STB dragning ved bakk. Dette er litt urovekkende i seg selv da en effektiv propell skal gi et kontant side spark. Det jeg var mest spent på var hvordan hun oppførte seg for motor og ved havne manøvrering. Trodde først at noe var gærnt. Det skjedde ikke noe da jeg satte den i gir og ga på litt. Det vil si, båten flyttet på seg men motoren unlot å jage opp i turtall. Grunnen til dette var at propellen jobbet optimalt helt fra første stund, som en fast propell. Slutt på hjulvisping. Ute i åpent farvann hadde vi en halv knop fortere med 100 omdr. mindre. Stille, rolig og uanstrengt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #333233; font: 13.0px Arial; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; min-height: 15.0px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #333233; font: 13.0px Arial; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;Ved ankomst hjemmehavn og båtplass var det bare å sette motoren i revers uten ekstra pådrag. Det kokte rundt skuta. For motor oppfører den seg som en fast propell. Kontant og effektiv. For seil legger hvert av de tre bladene seg helt nøytralt i vannstrømmen, uavhengig av hverandre. Helt nøytralt i vannstrømmen uansett vinkel på aksling eller avdrift på båten. Her skulle vi hevde oss med hode høyt hevet.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 14.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;Han slet litt til å begynne med. Mage virus, dårlig kommunikasjon og litt kluss med navigeringen. Han greide å henge med tross dette og var skikkelig tent på å vise hva han dugde til med "all systems go". Så meldte elektronikk problemer seg. Ting han har slitt med siden båten var ny for ett par år siden. Til slutt valgte han å bryte da båten var langt fra optimal å seile for en person. Han hadde høye ambisjoner og er knust etter flere år med iherdige forberedelser. For et engasjerende drama!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font: 14.0px Helvetica; margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px;"&gt;Når det er sagt så savner jeg litt mer delaktighet av mannen som tross alt er i sentrum av dette dramaet. Dette er nytt for oss nordmenn. I shorthanded mega seiling er veien mot målet vel så viktig, om ikke viktigere enn målet. Dette sett i sammenheng med eksponering og valutta for investerte midler. Hadde Rune hatt ett opplegg for mer direkte kontakt med omverdenen og muligheter for 2 veis dialog på alle plan, ville fokus på problemer underveis og kampen for å overkomme dem sikret ham fremtidig sponsor støtte og muligheter for å vise seilerverden hva han duger til. Hans ambisjoner og drømmer fortjener å få utfoldelse uten at det skal tære på ham som individ. Det finnes mange der ute som er villig til å investere i et total konsept. Ankere til bruk i sand og leiere har matrialisert seg i form av spacey konstruksjoner som er brukanes til det formålet. Altså feste seg til sand bunn. Ikke så gode til andre bunn forhold som vi finner en del av her hjemme på berget.&lt;br /&gt;Spade ankeret har god dynamikk i bløt såvel som hard bunn. Den er avhengig av kjetting, min. 6-10m i skanken. Man kan gjerne bruke tau resten. Setter seg hurtig, tåler svingninger og sørger for en god natts søvn. Etter en sesong er jeg overbevist om dens suverene egenskaper. Litt dyrere, men vel verdt det. Finnes om bord i mange langtursbåter. En annen god ting er at den er lett å demontere og stue bort. Aktører på Vollen Marina vil ta del i arrangementet ved å profilere seg selv.
